The interview process starts with email correspondance about why you want to be an equity trader and why you think you can be successful. If this goes well, you will have an on site interview. This starts with a test about basic market knowledge, personality traits, and critical thinking problems. After this, a standard interview takes place, where they ask about leadership experience and more about the position.

Do you have enthusiasm on learning and searching market chances.
It was a short interview, just about 25 minutes. We had messaged back and forth on a job board to set up a call. My interviewer had a lot of information to quickly tell me about his experience, the company environment, pay structure, and training. He seemed knowledgable and personable. Overall it was simple and straightforward.
