T. Sumner Smith interview questions

the interview was very brief around 20/30 mins - only one stage - asked basic interview questions with a few follow-up questions. Nothing too challenging but mild preparation on company software and history required

Whilst the open ended questions allowed deeper responses as spoken about above it was also evident that these questions allowed to feel comfortable throughout the interview as she was allowed to express her own open thought rather than having a written script of multiple smaller closed ended questions
