Initial reachout was a phone call in which the person asked behavioral questions. Next was a behavioral exam online, followed by a panel style interview with two seniors in that field. The main interview was 3 behavioral questions and around 3 sales related questions (i.e tell me about a product you sold, tell me about a time you went above and beyond when making a sale)
