They ask a lot of Situation based questions , such as different ways you’ve showed skills such as time management and problem solving and ask why you want to work for the company

20 minutes face to face interview. They only ask about the TK max, why you choosing TK max,personal questions and situational question. It's just 20 minute friendly talking with the interviewer.

Interview
One on one interview. Asked very basic questions about education, motivations, skills. My interviewer was actually a very nice guy and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. Then a group exercise which was less well organised. Very hectic and everyone was just shouting answers. Did not hear back from for a while which was frustrating.
