Rather long interview (more than 15 minutes) and they asked a lot of questions, some of which seemed very repetitive so it is possible to run out of answers quickly Very friendly staff so I was happy about interviewing there

Question 1
What was your biggest mistake? Give a challenging situation you were in and how did you deal with it?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
