Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Competency based traditional interview was taken. Interview lasted 20/30 minutes. Opening question was about introducing myself. Customer service related questions were asked. My retail skills and knowledges were checked based on my previous experiences.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
