Really nice interviewer, she explained the process well at the beginning and kept everything really casual and relaxed. The questions were pretty standard and she would give me extra time to think of answers whilst she took notes.

They will invite you for a 1-1 interview and ask you a bunch of questions. But they most likely screen applicants based on your flexibility. So write down all your availability will be your best competitive advantage.
