Interview
Friendly, like a chat. It was a 1:1 interview with basic retail questions. Usually done with a manager, not a team leader. Then if you did well during the interview you are called back in to do a small test in a group ( there was 4-5 people hired at the same time) and they make a decision if you are hired or not after that test.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
