Interview
You complete an initial Retail Selection Test, which is just a retail questionnaire and if you get a high score you are called in for an interview. And the interview is super short I’d say 15mins or so but allows half an hour, and don’t bother coming too early because they will make you wait until the time Allocated.

Question 1
they ask the usual questions, why do you want to work for us?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
