Interview
I was invited for interview after taking my CV into store. The interview was conducted by two members of the leadership team and included questions about the store, their brands and my personal qualities and experience.
While the system was easy to use, I found some of the questions unclear and not very reflective of real work situations. It was sometimes difficult to understand what kind of answer was expected.
They asked STAR based interview questions e.g give me a time you worked well in a team. Process was an online assessment and then one interview. Heard back the next day which was quick.

Interview
Very easy going and informal. Was interviewed by the operations manager and he introduced himself and then asked me to introduce myself. He asked a few questions about experience like "can you give me an example where you made a mistake and resolved it?" and then asked about my availabilty. The staff are super friendly and welcoming
