Easy interview, just asked basic questions about previous roles and what you would do in specific situations or what problems you've had to overcome in previous roles and how you did it.

what was a challenge you had to overcome in your previous role?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
