A first initial conversation on the phone with the team lead (not HR recruiter) which led to a face to face interview at the company's offices. The interview went well and after that was a home assignment followed by a followup interview (and assignment presentation). The team lead from the company didn't show up to the (online) meeting on time to the point I decided to leave after a reasonable amount of time and end the process on my behalf. The company is a bit misleading with the job title as they're looking for a much more business role (solutions) on the verge of pre-sale representative in the costume of an integration engineer.
