I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SystemwarePS (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
4 week interview process. 1 on the phone, 3 in person. You will talk to the recruiter, management, and take a skills personality test with HR. After that, if everyone likes you, they will send you for a interview with the CFO who will make the final call (which is a horrible business practice)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They seemed more interested in me and my background then my skill set. The last and final interview was with the CFO and he seemed like a angry and miserable person from the start. On the way up to his office, he screamed out at one of his employees which was shocking to say the least, especially as I am following up to his office for an interview. He's definitely not a guy I'd like to work for. He spent most of the interview talking about himself and other aspects of the business, but almost nothing regarding my potential job or position. Everyone seemed to love me except the CFO, and his final call was "im not right for the position" with absolutely zero other information or ANY feedback as to what happened or why he didn't think I would be a good fit. Honestly, one of the worst interviews I have ever been through. The entire 4 weeks was such a waste of time.
We do not have an IT Support role. This interview review belongs under our sister company, Systemware, Inc. This person interviewed with Inc, not with SystemwarePS.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SystemwarePS (Addison, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
Fairly structured process with multiple interviews and written skill tests. Started with a phone screening call, then a 1 on 1 and finally skills testing, etc. Each person I spoke with was professional and focused on filling a specific set of requirements for this job. The overall process was straight forward, executed as explained and painless. They made me feel welcome and almost part of the team from the beginning.
