Sysco LABS Senior Android Developer interview questions

The initial phone screen lacked any real substance. The conversation consisted solely of the interviewer asking questions that were already answered directly on my resume, with no follow-ups or deeper inquiries. There were no questions about my technical skills, my professional background, or the specifics of the position itself. The call felt more like a checkbox exercise for the company to meet call quotas rather than a genuine effort to vet candidates. It was not an engaging experience and, frankly, felt like a poor use of time.
