      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SysAid

      - 3 step process: 1st interview with HR, 2nd Interview with Hiring manager, 3rd Interview with the Director of Support. - There is a test - it will be basic IT concepts, if you know a bit of networking and SQL queries you will be fine.
