I met at the Denver office for an interview with the Service Desk supervisor. Initially I thought it was a panel interview but turned out to be that the supervisor would interview me first, then his superior, then the superior's superior. It was somewhat of a round-robin as one of them was in from California but the attitude was fairly laid back in between questioning rounds. The first interviewer asked somewhat technical questions, the second moved on to some more problem solving based and the third was a mix of both as well as some fairly standard "why do you want the job" etc. questions. I was brought in for my experience in both Windows and Mac environments so the questions were partially geared on both ends.
