was a general chat and then a Q&A into my prevous project work,seemed quite professional but also casual and friendly. There were mutliple people from the staff present and two rounds of intervoews with a walk through the labs

Interview
Recruiter screen, 30 min initial interview with hiring manager, then 2 hour final stage interview - 30 min lab tour with team, 45 min technical interview with hiring manager, and personal interview with other senior staff from the same business are.
The whole interview process is formal and professional. It is a phone interview followed by panel interview, focusing a lot on the skill sets and specific role of the position.
