The layout of the interview process is first a phone call with a panel that lasts about 30 minutes. Next you will be given an invitation to an interview where you will be given a technical test, next competency questions, then you will break for lunch. When you come back you will be asked to give a presentation on something you are proud of and then have a dial in with the US office about your motivation for joining Syngenta.

Initial interview, then technical interview, then full day on-site interview. Was promised to hear back by end of week but was ghosted - same for other candidates who applied but didn’t get an offer. Why make promises and fail to deliver? A simple rejection email is basic courtesy
There were two parts to the interview process, a technical interview and an interview that was based on situations and how you reacted or would react. Both were good conversations with the interviewers, no grilling involved!
