The entire interview process went very smoothly! I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview in the next couple of days. I scheduled the phone interview for the next day. It was very straightforward. They asked about my past work experiences, where I see myself in the next 5 years (career wise), etc. They were all very easy to talk to! I was next asked to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by 3 employees (all who I would be working with on a day to day basis). They asked about my strengths and weaknesses and talked about the position I was applying for to see if I would be a good fit. They were all very friendly and honest and answered any questions I had. I had prepared for the interview in advance and felt that everything went very well! The entire process moves fairly quickly so be sure to be responsive.
