Interview
Thorough and met with several key stakeholders with the broad team and other functions. Communication was great with the recruiter and I felt supported along the way. Started the job roughly 2 months after the first phone screen.

Behavioral based/situational questions. Assessing fit on the team and adaptability.
I had interviews with 6 different people. Way more technical than I thought for a management role. 6 hours of interviewing was very inefficient. Very cool cutting edge technology that has a bright future.
