I went to a talk that 2 current employees gave at my university, and then they invited me for an interview. They weren't sure which department I'd work with, so they had me talk to 5 people from different departments. 2 of the interviewers didn't ask me anything technical, then the others asked me about projects i had done, and gave me some technical questions. I was interviewing with several other students from my university, so we had a group tour of the facilities.
