Interview
Came in for an interview at the center and talked to the director about the job and what my experience was as a teacher/tutor. It was very casual and comfortable I don't remember the specific questions she did ask but there was very much the feeling that she wanted to get an idea as wo whether I would be a good fit in there centre or not.
phone interview then in person 30 min asking behavioral stuff like how would you teach this content to someone. the phone interview mostly asked about priori experiences and went through your resume
I wondered how good was it to work for them so I applied and landed an interview supposedly, but they never answered me. Some managers need to be aware that time is of the essence.
