I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Manchester, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The company's recruiter initially contacted me and scheduled an interview with the Manager of the role. The interview itself was very positive, and the Manager was both friendly and professional. I openly acknowledged that I lacked one specific requirement for the role, which ultimately was the reason I wasn’t successful. Despite this, the overall discussion was encouraging.
However, after the interview, the recruiter never responded to my follow-up messages or communicated with me again. This gave the impression that their priority was solely to meet their targets rather than genuinely assisting candidates. While this approach is understandable, it felt quite unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Interview
I had two round
the first one was with the hiring manager where I was only asked questions on my resume.
the second one was a Live case study round - here again the interviewer himself asked to use online recourse to answer the question and clearly mentioned that he wasnt looking for any one with ' coding knowledge ' because its easy now a days given the GPTs ability to write codes. but the nerves really got to me and messed up the interview.
