I applied online. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA)
Interview
HR screening: one interview with the manager, one with the team. Behavioral questions, background experience. Typical interview process, no surprise. The process is fast once you get screened, I would say within 2-3 weeks, all interviews are done, and an offer is made
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly a conversation about who you are as a professional, your background, and how your experience relates to the job. How will your skills be beneficial to the team.
AI interview via chat, basically just asking for basic qualifications and availability. Then a virtual panel interview, probably about 30-45 minutes. Included some behavioral questions and a long case study that they gave you a few minutes to read and then they asked you several questions about.
Applied online and did a text interview. They had me schedule a video interview and no one showed up. I’ve never been completely ghosted like this by a company before. They didn’t even say our meeting was canceled beforehand. They outright just didn’t show up. Luckily I did my research and was prepared for this as a bunch of people on Reddit had the same experience. I tried emailing and no one has gotten back to me.
