Telephone interview. Applied online. Several days later was contacted. The recruiter talked and talked and kept asking questions that really didn't allow the candidate to express their experience for the position and how they fit in.

Had a phone interview, hiring manager discussion and exchange with future colleague. After our discussions I felt there are toxic colleagues and climate / environment. Wouldn´t recommend applying or working here.
