I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Swarovski (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
Reasonably stressful, two interviewers and quite hard questions focusing mainly on past experiences which would be particularly difficult if you don't have much retail experience. First asked to introduce cv in order of relevant experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swarovski (Hobart) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very fast, I was taken to the back room which was really just a small hallway full of boxes and was asked pretty standard retail interview questions and was given a rundown of day to day. They seemed pleased that I had cash handling experience and could be left on the store on my own, I'm pretty sure the main reason I wasn't given an offer was due to being busy during the black friday week.
