The first step is a phone screen, followed by an at home project. The phone screen is a general call from HR discussing everything from your personality, to your technical skills. If the hiring manager gives the OK, you are given an at home coding project. Mine was an easy Master Detail app on iOS. If they like the at home project, there are interviews with the hiring manager and team.
