First interview was over the phone. The general manager asked me similar questions that were directly from the online application. Right afterwards, we scheduled a face-to-face interview. Second interview was exactly the same as phone interview, however, it involved the shift manager and a floor lead. I found the second interview to be pointless because it consisted of the same questions as the online application and phone interview
