My experience with SUPY was one of the poorest interview processes I’ve ever encountered. After completing three rounds, I received no communication for weeks until I personally contacted the CEO, Sales Director, and others on LinkedIn. Only then was I informed I wasn’t moving forward.
But it didn’t end there. I was later interviewed by the Sales Director for another role, told I had cleared the round, and HR even confirmed I would receive the next interview invitation “this week.” That was in October. Despite two months of follow-ups, I never received a single update from HR — not even a basic acknowledgment.
This reflects serious disorganization, lack of accountability, and no respect for candidates’ time. Making commitments and then vanishing without any closure is unacceptable. If this is how communication works during the hiring stage, it raises major concerns about the company’s internal culture and processes.
