Interview
I had a phone screen with a recruiter. The interview was mostly about myself and information about the company. To be honest after reading the reviews, I wanted to cancel but thought I’d at least hear the recruiter out. So the interview process would’ve been phone screen, video interview, in person interview, then an interview with the CEO. I thought this was weird. Why not just have the interviews in person or all on video? Also, the hybrid is 4 days in office. Most companies are only requiring 2-3.

Smooth interview process but some shock questions, some questions are not very clear, and you’re not sure what angle they’re expecting in the answer. Overall, most of the interviewers are friendly and willing to answer your questions.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and streamlined. There was no lack of communication from the company side and any questions I had were answered. The process started with a pre screening phone call with HR, followed by a 30 minutes zoom interview with a team manager. After this zoom interview I was invited for an onsite interview with 4 separate employees from Supernova. All of them were kind and respectful and were not afraid to answer any questions I had. After this onsite interview I had one last zoom call with the CEO since he finalizes all hiring decisions in the company. This whole process took around 2 months and it was one of the most straightforward interviews I’ve been through.
