They call you and say. “Hey manI received your resume and was wondering if you’d like to come down to the office and complete the process...”
So you go down to the office and its a 20+ Pages Application. They don’t even care about your resume so don’t worry about it.
After the 2.5-3 Hour Application Process they say ok thanks well give you a call.
If you don’t answer your phone when they call (Maybe because your driving or in a meeting...) they leave you a very rude and disrespectful message. I saved it. The message.
Then you call back and they don’t ever answer. Then you call back and call back and finally they answer. You say “Hi, sorry I missed your call, you mentioned you wanted me to come in for a road test” they think its ok to cuss at you and scold you for not answering your phone when they called you the first time.
On a side note I talked to the drivers when I was there. They seem to like the place but a couple of them said youre being watched every move you make every step you take. Every thing you do they try to find something wrong in what you do.
