I was reached out to by a recruiter to discuss the role. The recruiter set up a first interview with someone I'd be reporting to. The interview lasted 1 hour and I felt it went really well. Never heard back afterwards from the recruiter. When I followed up he didn't respond. I was interested in the role, though it seemed a bit loose and disorganized.
