A representative reached out to me a couple weeks later informing that the position I originally applied for has been filled, but there was a Credit Analyst position that was open. We scheduled a phone interview the following day at a specific time for the Credit Analyst position. The representive was very professional and friendly throughout the whole phone interview. A couple days later, I was invited to have an in-person interview with a wide range of employees ranging from an associate, to the chief credit officer. All the interviews were very conversational and intellectually stimulating. I received an offer shortly after the interviews.
