Complete and thorough. Warm and inviting with specific questions and dialog. Family oriented company with strong ethics and integrity. Definitely a company interested in taking care of hard working employees and reward those that lead by example.

Short pretty easy. The two head managers interviewed me. Seemed as if they needed someone ASAP. Very friendly. They were not intimidating whatsoever. Needed full time secretary to mostly work the busy phones.

I was interviewed by the owner and active manager while the owner was in the middle of a meeting and phone call. They asked me basic questions regarding my experience in customer service, taking orders via phone and email. They proceeded to ask what I needed for compensation and hired me to come in the following Monday.
