The first round interview was with a senior policy analyst and a supervisor. It was about one-hour of questions followed by a writing exercise. The questions included basic background questions, some behavioral, and some theoretical. The theoretical questions were related to the agencies that they will be reviewing in the next cycle of reviews. The writing exercise (limited to 1 hour) was like a mini version of their review reports -- background info, proponents, opponents, and recommendations -- with some raw data they provide.
