There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was very helpful- the recruiter explained a lot of how the role works and gave plenty of time for questions. The second interview involved the CEO and the head of HR where they asked me to go through my resume and explain what I did.

Interview
Sunrise has three rounds of interviews, with a benefits and compensation meeting after the 2nd. The CEO is typically present at the final interview. The interview process is very laid back and largely personality based.
