Very informal. I wore normal Khakis and a nice dress shirt, interviewer was very kind and had a sense of humor. Very laid back type of interview, I applied online via the employment website, then called back and came up in person so they would be able to look up my information, came in about a day or two later and was employed that day. Am now on payroll and learning all the ins and outs! Very very easy! I have a couple years of retail experience in my belt which pretty much ensured my position. I did not start at minimum wage either, I started very high up! Way more than my last position! Plus I get free beverages whenever I want!
