Questions focused on clinical judgment, prioritization, patient safety, assessment, and communication. Candidates with experience in acute care, medicine, surgery, or resource teams may find the scenarios relatable, but it is important to prepare examples that demonstrate critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration. The interview was challenging but fair and reflected the realities of working in a fast-paced acute care environment. Overall, I had a positive experience with the recruitment team and interviewers.
