basic on site interview...asked a bunch question about prior experience. didnt show the production floor...strict bunch...they seen to be looking for a very specific type of person. overall the interview was easy though. they couldve communicated a littke better after the fact.

Phone interview first, on site written test(electrical and electromechanical skills), psychological test. 1 on 1 interviews with 4 people. plant walkaround with quiz-like elements. drug test. respirator test. Maintenence required to take HAZWOPER training.

Question 1
It was more of a full discussion about my work history and how it could apply to maintenence. Also had a plant walk around where they asked me to properly use a multi-meter, and also asked me to identify different components(relays, pneumatic valves, robot controllers etc)

Interview
Typical Interview. Stay clean cut. Firm Handshake and have a personality. Make sure you look the interviewer in the eyes and be positive and enthusiastic. HR is wonderful and really can tell when a person is being honest and is a hard worker.
