The process was extremely long and drawn out, with HR going weeks without any communication and then sending me emails promising they’d have a decision soon. They also rescheduled my interviews multiple times.

Interview
HR sent email with some basic screening questions. I replied and a few days later they reached out to schedule a phone interview. Went through several rounds fairly quickly. Always followed up on my end. Was ghosted at the final stage. No response, follow up or offer.
When I brought up culture during the process they assured me they were really focused on improving some of the points mentioned in a lot of their reviews, but I guess they still have a ways to go.
