HR screened me over email asking me 3 basic questions: Salary requirements, ability to relocate, and why I wanted the job. HR never gave me the chance to ask them questions - they just moved me along to the hiring managers.
In interviewing with 2 of the hiring managers- it was more of a conversation than an interview which is always nice. That part was nice and it went smooth. They asked me if I had any concerns and I brought up the fact that the glass door company reviews were not ideal in which they totally agreed with and reassured me that the bad reviews were at a higher level than I was interviewing for and I wouldn't have anything to worry about. All that to say, they talked the people and the company up and yet I was ghosted after the interview process. No call, no email from the hiring managers or HR. I understand they can't call or email everyone who submits a resume. But to have 2 - 1 hour interviews with the hiring managers and then hear nothing (even when you send everyone involved a thank you letter) is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!
