Relatively easy as it was remote and with hiring managers in the main office in Tampa, not the local branch I was applying for. Interview questions were the basic interview questions one would expect to be asked.

Not terribly difficult, tried not to trick me and kept the conversation free flowing and upbeat. Asked about previous customer service experience and what I did to assist customers. Very member oriented company.

I received a call from the recruiter and had a short phone interview that asked if why I'm interested in Suncoast. I interviewed in a branch a week later and was job offered within 3 days.
