Firstly, I want to express my appreciation for the opportunity to interview and for considering my application. However, I cannot overlook the disheartening hiring experience I encountered throughout the process. Communication, or rather the lack of it, was a significant issue. After the interview, I had to initiate contact to get an update on my application status due to an apparent lack of responsiveness from their end.
