Phone interview with coordination of observation shift of an evening where inventory was being done. Left unsupervised and to my own devices various staff venting and sharing frustrations with lack of oversight.

Casual interview with some questions that test your server skills and your ability to sell. Also some questions about your current wine knowledge since you’re expected to be able to pair wine with menu items.

Interview
They seem to tell you things that sound attractive but aren’t factual. It’s very unorganized and hectic. There isn’t really any real fine dining training except for spiel and menu.
