The interview process included 4 stages including a take home assignment. Overall, the process felt very structured and intentional. Each interview stage focused on a different aspect of the role and gave me the opportunity to learn about the culture of Suki while demonstrating my experience. The conversations were thoughtful and thorough and the team took the time to ask meaningful questions.
