2 phone screens, weird questions:
“How do you work with people you don’t get along with”
“What sales books have you read”
Then an in person interview was scheduled he canceled, I got an offer that was way too low. I didn’t respond quick enough and he took the offer away by sending me a text on a Saturday because I wasn’t responding. Bizarre company based on reviews here and Google. No vacation for 90 days, and he was saying how he fires people all the time. A blessing, I wasn’t going to accept anyways.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Success Systems (Norwalk, CT) in Dec 2017
Interview
Found it to be really low key - 3 phased interview 1st by phone, last 2 were in person in person. People I spoke to were really honest - seemed to like what they were doing. I was told up front they had to opening and 16 applicants that made it though the 1st round -
I did not get selected but the CEO called me personally to tell me that I was not selected and why. Thanked me for my time and really made me feel ok - 1st time I can remember ever getting a personal rejection call. Class act - which was the vibe I got from the employees I spoke with.
