Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
First they start off by asking you your favorite sandwich and why? Then they ask you about your customer service skills and finally they ask your availability. Make sure your availability is wide open otherwise they won’t hire you. So basically the final question only warrants the response of I have open availability.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
