I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway (Truro, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview went quite well. It was held upstairs in one of their booths and was quite noisy.
Also, the buses was late so I rang up ahead to say I might be late (luckily I wasn't).
Make sure to have a printed copy of the CV to hand in.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
