I went in prepared for an interview at the 84 and 136th st location near ikea, and when i arrived, the lady was on her lunch break, sat down with me at a table, then told me that she was in need of a new employee and hired me on the spot. No questions asked.

Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
