The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway (Holland, MI) in Apr 2011
Interview
I needed a job and I saw that subway was having open interviews. I dressed nicely and went in there and applied and the manager interviewed me right there. The interview was kind of easy...just basic questions "when can you work" "do you have a reliable way to get here" "Do working with others scare you" etc...Over all very easy..I got a call about 3 days later asking me if i wanted to job. I accepted, but i quit after 6 weeks because the management IS TERRIBLE!!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Subway (Birmingham, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
It started with an online application form, and then a online assessment, phone interview, and finally an in person trial shift to decide if you are good at the job/ talking with customers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me a lot about my motivations and why I wanted the role
Really depends on location. Mine was very in-formal and casual. However it’s a franchise so different owners may expect more out of the interview. Mine was very casual and was just discussing when I could work and if I had worked for a subway before.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What days can you work?
Have you worked at a subway before?
I applied online. I interviewed at Subway (Artesia, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was alright, simple questions... pretty standard interview. If this is your first interview then it will be easy, they hire everyone because their employees keep quitting due to awful working conditions.
